What is a Remnant? A remnant is a piece of carpeting that is usually large enough to carpet an entire room. Purchasing a remnant for a small room in your home or office is the perfect way to get a high quality piece of carpeting for much less than what you might pay for a lower quality carpet. They can be an excellent choice for bedrooms, small playrooms, and even bathrooms.

Many people shop for remnants so that they can get expensive high quality carpeting at a discount price; you can also get excellent prices when purchasing remnants of inexpensive grades of carpeting. If you have rental property or a space, i.e., a children’s’ craft room; where the carpet might get damaged, a remnant would be a perfect choice. Also, remnants are an excellent choice if you are re‐decorating a space in your home, but do not want to spend a large amount of money.
