Overview

It’s affordable. It’s durable. And it’s beautiful. Laminate flooring has become a popular choice for many homeowners; offering the true look of real wood, tile and even stone. These floors are extremely resistant to wear, stains and sunlight fading. The beautifully rich textured finishes make these floors a great alternative for most areas in the home.

A direct‐pressure manufacturing process fuses four layers into one extremely hard surface.

The back is reinforced with melamine for structural stability and moisture resistance. The coreboard is the dense, inner layer made of recycled wood fiber. Providing the floor's beauty, the decorative layer is actually a highly detailed photograph that gives the laminate the appearance of wood or tile. Melamine wear top layer is a tough, clear finish reinforced with aluminum oxide, one of the hardest mineral compounds known to man, to resist staining, fading, surface moisture, and wear. In truth, laminates frequently outlast real hardwood, tile or stone floors.
