These rolls are new salvage merchandise. Most of these rolls are like new, in the manufacturer's wrapper. They came from a major west-coast distributor and are first quality merchandise, (No seconds or close-outs). They were subjected to a small amount of moisture due to roof damage during a rain storm. Since this merchandise was purchased as salvage, the manufacturer's warranty is void. However, these rolls are dry and in near perfect condition. Only a few have some minor water stains on the backing. Even these have no damage to the surface. Every roll will be carefully inspected before shipping.
