Sales Associates Wanted
We are looking to hire full-time and part-time positions. This is non-commission based however, bonuses and incentives are available.
Job Specifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have experience with sales
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills to develop a relationship-selling culture
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & customer service required
- Basic math skills to add, subtract and multiply
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Will be on a 60 day probationary period to make sure that the job is the right fit
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
- Continually build product knowledge to be able to answer customer questions, provide product features and benefits, and build an understanding of related products to be able to sell as solution to the customer.
- Receive, check and shelve flooring. Ensure the store is clean and all products are easily accessible to customers.
- Engage with all customers, ensuring they leave totally satisfied.
- Assist in other areas of the store are required.
